ARCHR security architecture

How ARCHR approaches encrypted secrets, non-custodial trading actions, Telegram identity, and operational guardrails.

Core principles

ARCHR is designed so users retain control of keys while the bot signs only authorized actions. Secrets are encrypted at rest and excluded from normal logging.

  • AES-256 encryption for private keys and agent API keys
  • Telegram ID as primary identity surface
  • Confirmation flows for sensitive agent actions
  • No support for revealing private keys through the agent

What security does not mean

Security controls reduce operational and token-selection risk. They do not eliminate market risk, smart-contract risk, phishing risk, or the possibility of total capital loss.

Frequently asked questions

Is ARCHR non-custodial?

Keys belong to you and are used only to sign actions you initiated or explicitly configured for automation. They are stored AES-256 encrypted in ARCHR's database rather than on your own device, so this is non-custodial in intent and encrypted in practice — not a self-custody hardware wallet.

Can ARCHR staff access my private keys?

Keys are encrypted at rest and excluded from normal logging. Operational access is restricted, and there is no product feature that surfaces a decrypted key to a user or to support.

What happens if my Telegram account is compromised?

Telegram ID is the identity surface, so an attacker with access to your Telegram could interact with the bot. Enable Telegram two-factor authentication, and keep only trading-size balances in bot wallets rather than long-term holdings.

Does ARCHR have a security reporting process?

Yes — report suspected vulnerabilities through the official Telegram bot rather than posting details publicly, so an issue can be assessed before it is disclosed.
