What is a DexScreener Golden Ticker?
It is DexScreener's top paid promotion tier. When a token has 500 or more active boosts, its ticker turns gold across DexScreener. It signals promotional spend, not token quality or safety.

DexScreener Boosts are a paid product: a project buys boost packs, and while those boosts are active the token gets extra visibility on the screener. When 500 or more boosts are active simultaneously, the token earns a Golden Ticker and its symbol renders in gold on DexScreener's listings and token pages.
As a signal, a Golden Ticker means one specific thing — somebody spent real money on attention for this token, and did so at the top of the price range. It says nothing about the contract, the deployer, the liquidity, or whether you can sell. Plenty of tokens have bought a Golden Ticker on the way down.
That makes it genuinely useful and genuinely dangerous in the same breath. Useful because promotional spend often precedes a volume spike, and being early to that spike is the entire game. Dangerous because the people most willing to pay for visibility are not always the people building something durable.
Until now, tracking this meant self-hosting a script — the community options are GitHub projects you run yourself, and DexScreener's own bots only do price alerts. ARCHR watches every DexScreener signal type natively, delivers them into Telegram, and lets you attach filters, sizing, and an exit plan per type so that acting on a boost is a configured decision instead of a reflex.
Why it matters
Boosts exist because attention converts. When a project buys the top promotion tier, the measurable consequence is more eyes on the pair, and more eyes frequently means more volume within a short window.
Trading that window is a timing exercise, which is exactly the kind of thing a bot should do and a human should not have to sit and watch for.
The gates
A boost alert on its own is not a reason to spend money. ARCHR runs Shield screening and your entry filters — market cap bounds, holder counts, social presence — before an auto-buy is allowed to fire.
If a gate blocks the trade you still get the alert, so you keep the information without the position. You can ask the agent which gate stopped it.
The exit
Boost-driven moves can be sharp and short. A position entered on promotional spend often deserves a tighter trailing stop or an earlier first take-profit than a position entered on a thesis.
Assign a dedicated exit plan to your boost tiers so that decision is made once, in advance, rather than in the middle of a candle.
In context
Worth saying plainly: promotional spend is the weakest of the signals ARCHR tracks. It tells you money is being spent on attention, and nothing more. Curated call channels carry human conviction, and the top-wallet leaderboard shows you what proven traders actually did with their own money — both are higher-quality inputs than a boost purchase.
Boost tracking earns its place because it is fast, mechanical, and nobody else productises it. Use it as one input among several rather than as a strategy, and lean on the sources with more signal in them.
Common questions
Direct answers, including the ones where the honest answer is “no”.
It is DexScreener's top paid promotion tier. When a token has 500 or more active boosts, its ticker turns gold across DexScreener. It signals promotional spend, not token quality or safety.
Yes. ARCHR tracks all six DexScreener signal types in Telegram and can auto-buy them with per-type sizing, entry filters, protective screening, and an assigned exit plan. Most alternatives are self-hosted scripts that only send notifications.
Alerts and auto-buy are independent toggles on every tier, so alert-only is fully supported and is the default.
DexScreener's official bots handle price alerts. They do not treat boost activity as a trading signal and cannot execute trades. ARCHR treats it as a configurable signal source with execution attached.
No. It only means someone paid for the highest visibility tier. Always screen the contract, liquidity, holder concentration, and sellability separately — ARCHR applies Shield checks and your own filters before any auto-buy.
